I landed on the word “centered” as the focal point of my year ahead….Centered doesn’t require any answers or even any sense of direction, which is great because I still have neither.

This space was born out of the fact that I love to share ideas that excite me, offer free education about mental health topics, and mostly help people feel less alone. Tragically, I am not built to appeal to algorithms.
